Your typical 2 year Career Refresh Programme:

Year 1:

4 days per week urgent care

1 day per week GDP or community (your choice)

Minimum of I allocated session of emergency care per month at a designated clinic and at an additional rate or equivalent pro rata

The opportunity to additional work out of hours at an hourly rate of £72.11

Tailored mentoring, training and support package by month 3

Annual AGM

Six monthly review and career discussion

Year 2 :
